The goal of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center’s Community Psychiatry Program is to increase community access to quality psychiatric care. Our nurses play a vital role in our advancement.

The Community Psychiatry Program is of the major providers of psychiatric services in Maryland. The program offers a wide array of psychiatric services to a diverse population ranging from young children to the elderly. Services are provided through a combination of outpatient clinics, day hospital programs, crisis and emergency services, mobile treatment, and on-site school programs.
