Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is committed to strengthening our community and helping our employees own their own homes. That’s why we have partnered with the City of Baltimore to provide financial assistance to eligible employees who purchase their first home in Baltimore city.

The Live Near Your Work Program (LNYW) is designed to encourage homeownership near the place of employment. It provides a $2,000 grant toward the down payment and closing costs of eligible employees’ home purchase. Homes must be purchased in neighborhoods in the vicinity of Johns Hopkins Bayview.
